Cancellation.
Why there's a card on file
Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Keeping a card on file holds your appointment and protects the time our specialists have dedicated to your service. Please note that your card is not charged at the time of booking. It is only held as security and will only be charged if the cancellation policy terms are not followed.
The windows
24h+ — Cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your start time with no charge.
Under 24h — Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-show — Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee.

We understand that things come up. If you are feeling unwell or something truly unexpected happens, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellation fees may be waived at the studio's sole discretion for genuine and unavoidable circumstances. We value your time and support.
